On Tuesday 17th April – or World Malbec Day to those in the know – we hosted a celebratory dinner at ZOILO, with a five course Argentine feast and perfectly paired Malbecs. The Malbecs were chosen from vineyards across Argentina, all with varying altitudes, making each glass so different and oh so delicious!

The evening began with a Bellini de Malbec – yep, bet you’ve never tried that before! ZOILO’s Sommelier created it using ZOILO’s own Malbec puree, topped with a sparkling Rosé Malbec. The evening ended in similar style with another ZOILO creation: A Raspberry & Fortified Malbec Digestif. Heaven. And a sore head the next day!
