August is well known as a big festival month, so here’s the lowdown on where you can see Team Project Taste over the next few weeks……

Kenny Tutt will be cooking chipotle bavette, chimichurri + jalapeño cornbread not too far from his recently opened restaurant, PITCH in Worthing. West Dean Gardens is the stunning host of the Chilli Fiesta + Kenny will be there on Sunday 11th August.

Sophie Michell is not only the new Food & Drink Director of Byron, but also an exceptional host! She’s hosting the NEFF Big Kitchen at this year’s Big Feastival from Friday 23rd August –Sunday 25th. Her guests include Prue Leith, Raymond Blanc, Isaac Carew, Candice Brown & Andi Oliver. Sophie will also be hosting a special Friday Night Supper with chefs Robin Gill, James Lowe, Anna Haugh + Helen Goh in aid of Action Against Hunger.

New to Project Taste, cheese guru Patrick McGuigan will also be at Big Feastival hosting various sessions in, unsurprisingly, The Cheese Bar. Learn exactly how to eat cheese….there’s way more to it than you think! Patrick will be there on Saturday 24th + Sunday 25the August, booking for these sessions is essential.

It’s CarFest South time over the Bank Holiday weekend too, and we’re delighted to have Joe Hurd on stage on Friday 23rd August + Kenny Tutt on Saturday 24th. This is a great one in the festival calendar as it’s all to raise funds for Children in Need.

Yet MORE Bank Holiday weekend action will see Dhruv Baker at Wimbledon Park Festival on Sunday 25th August followed by Kenny Tutt on Monday 26th August. And last, but by no means least, Michelin starred Paul Welburn from The Oxford Kitchen will be at Foodies Oxford on Sunday 25th August, so head down to South Park to see him cooking one of his signature dishes. We’ve also got a special discount code, so use FOODIES30 when booking online for 30% off!

Whew…..it’s a busy few weeks!
