Award-winning Sublime Butter has just launched two brand new flavours in time for summer BBQs + picnics, Béarnaise and Garlic + Herb. Churned + produced in Glastonbury, the two flavours are the perfect additions to their existing range: Pink Himalayan salt, Truffle, parmesan + black pepper and, Chimichurri.
Sublime was also victorious at the World Dairy Innovation Awards last week, taking home the trophy as the winner of the Best Butter category.
Butters are available from independent farm shops + delis across the country, and from Farmison too. Let your imagination run wild with these new flavours……over steak, to finish off some summer veggies or in some pasta instead of olive oil…..we’re trying them all!
