MasterChef: The Professionals winner Steven Edwards opened his critically acclaimed restaurant etch. in Hove in 2017 and now he’s taking the exciting step into London.

Steven will be launching an exclusive restaurant partnership at the Bingham Riverhouse in Richmond in early March. He’ll be transforming the menu with his contemporary take on British seasonal ingredients & in a departure from etch. the menus on offer at Bingham Riverhouse will be à la carte, ensuring something for every occasion.

Of the new launch, Steven explained “I’m really pleased that we’re taking our next step into London by collaborating with Bingham Riverhouse. I’m so proud of what we’ve achieved in Hove so far, and with so much more to come there, this feels like the right way to continue to grow our portfolio.”
