We don’t think there could be a better way to spend the forthcoming bank holiday weekend than down at Hove Lawns for this year’s Brighton Foodies Festival. The weather has been ordered, the ice cream van is on its way & there are some fantastic chefs lined up for demonstrations over the weekend! Our own Steve Edwards, Chef Director of the critically acclaimed etch. in Hove will be there on Saturday 5th May cooking with one of his favourite local ingredients, mackerel. On Monday 7th May, it’s the turn of newly crowned MasterChef Champion (and Brighton local), Kenny Tutt. This is Kenny’s festival debut so do go along to give him a cheer!
