Having being diagnosed as pre – diabetic, and as a busy restaurant chef (Sophie has recently been appointed as Executive Chef of London’s Home House), Sophie knows the challenges of being able to adapt your diet & still be able to indulge…and let’s face it, we all have those days where only a slice of chocolate cake will do! With this book, she aims to show that you can still create your favourite sweet treats, but better than that, that everyone will enjoy them.
