This Summer has seen Sophie Michell (Executive Chef, Home House) take to the stage to host two fantastic events! At Taste of London in June, Sophie worked with Samsung to host their cookery school sessions. Over the five days of the event, Sophie hosted sessions dedicated to showing visitors how to make the now famous bao buns (amongst other things) using Samsung’s innovative new ovens. On the Friday night, it was Sophie’s turn to take to the stoves – this year’s chef stage, The Fire Pit, meant cooking over flame alongside DJ BBQ, cooking up some of her new dishes from Home House.
