Sophie Michell was invited back to cook on Chanel 4’s Sunday Brunch show a couple of weeks ago. Sophie made Tres Leches French toast from the new Byron menu. Brioche soaked in Tres Leches milk custard, coconut crème, lime curd, caramel and coconut shavings, what a way to kick-start the weekend.
