Modern British food is has so many international influences that we often forget about what’s available on our doorstep.

Colman’s English mustard and Mint Sauce are two quintessential British classics. Rosie Birkett was invited by Colman’s to Crown Point Farm in Norfolk to hear the stories behind both of these heritage products.
