Rosie Birkett was invited to host an intimate lunch at Squerryes winery in Kent to celebrate the launch of its seafood restaurant, overlooking the vines.

The menu was a celebration of British produce; native oysters, crab, mussels, lobster, whole roasted gurnard and wild sea bass with lemon and samphire butter were paired with end of season tomato salad and dill potatoes – all washed down with a Squerryes wine pairing.
