Sunday Times + BBC Good Food magazine columnist Rosie has been working on a collaboration with Montezuma’s during the lockdown period. The small but mighty chocolate producer aimed to encourage home cooks to experiment with cooking with chocolate by creating Montezuma’s Moments. Using their award-winning chocolate, Rosie created two recipes – chocolate, cardamom + hazelnut tart and mango + white chocolate mousse.
