Something about the colder months makes us crave melted cheese- on everything. So when Rosie Birkett was asked to collaborate on a series of seasonal recipes with Italian cheese brand Grana Padano, we jumped at the opportunity.

Rosie used Grana Padano to create three delicious autumnal recipes; Zero waste celeriac, sage and Grana Padano risotto with crispy leeks; Trofie pasta with watercress, almond and Grana Padano pesto and Autumnal greens and Grana Padano baked cannelloni.
