Rosie Birkett used the iconic malt vinegar to create three new canapé recipes for easy for entertaining. In true Rosie style we have sweet pickled beetroot with finely sliced raw beets, spiced with bay and cinnamon to go with lush smashed confit garlic and ricotta on toast as well as fish goujons and Sarson’s splashed chips, and a two cheese toastie with pink pickled onions.
