How to launch a New York icon in the UK? Well, start with an amazing concept featuring a menu of specially created Mazemen (a broth-less ramen) dishes, and the best fried chicken we’ve tried in a long time.
Working with the Sessions team on the launch plans for Ivan Mazemen at its sites in Islington (Neighbourhood), and Brighton (Shelter Hall), we put together a plan for Chef’s Table star Ivan to make a splash across a wide range of media from live broadcast appearances and press events, to podcasts and long form interviews.
We were thrilled to deliver national coverage across the media including a live cooking demo on Sunday Brunch, an in-depth interview with The Independent and inclusion in Condé Nast Traveller’s What To Do This Weekend round up. With the local audiences in mind, we were also delighted to secure coverage in Brighton focused titles such as The Argus, Brighton on the Inside, and Brighton’s Best Restaurants, and in London with titles including Hot Dinners, London on the Inside and Time Out.
