Instagram star + Indian cooking guru Maunika Gowardhan kicked off her new column with olive magazine in May.

Maunika’s recipes are well known for being accessible + authentic, as well as mouth-wateringly moreish, so it was no surprise that her first recipe, a Bombay Chilli Cheese Toastie made the cover on the launch of her column.
