Thuy’s debut book, The Little Viet Kitchen, is now available and we urge you all to check it out! With beautiful photography by the brilliant David Loftus, all styled by Thuy herself, the book is truly stunning – and the recipes truly delicious.
To celebrate her new life as an author, Thuy is actually attending and running a workshop at the Chipping Norton Literary Festival this weekend – where she’ll be talking about her new book, and serving up her delicious spring rolls! We can’t wait!
