As Chef Director at Duck & Waffle, and also in charge of opening the new Duck & Waffle Local St. James’ Market, Dan Doherty is always busy! We’ve been busy working on another project though and are excited to have partnered with Harvey Nichols to launch Dan’s first standalone concept, Sprout, with a 4 night series of dinners on the 5th Floor Terrace at the luxury Knightsbridge store. From 27th – 30th June, Dan will be heading up the kitchen on the 5th Floor, and has created a menu of small & sharing plates including 40 day Angus Rib, asparagus, peas & broad beans, Marmite & horseradish fried dauphinoise and a dessert of Buttermilk Cheesecake, English strawberries, tarragon, Hobnobs and tarragon vinegar. Tickets for these initial dates have sold out, but stay tuned for more news on all things Sprout and what’s coming next.
