December was even busier than normal for Team Project Taste as we launched our collaboration with Borough Market. The exclusive Cookhouse Christmas series of chef’s tables featured a roster of wonderful chefs including Dan Doherty, TA TA Eatery, Tim Anderson, Ivan Tisdall – Downes (Native), Carl Clarke & Michelin starred Matt Worswick from The Latymer at Pennyhill Park. Each event had just 10 places available, and with the open kitchen layout, it was the ultimate exclusive experience for our guests. With thanks to our sponsors Sharpe’s Brewery & Silent Pool Gin, the drinks weren’t too bad either…! More of this to come in 2018!
