Following on from the success of Chick ‘n’ Sours Haggerston, Seven Dials and Islington, Carl Clarke has launched a fourth site near London’s Spitalfields Market – the perfect fit for the Chick ‘n’ Sours brand.
A new winter menu has been launched alongside the new site, featuring Chick ‘n’ Sours’ signature use of global flavours on fried chicken, with dishes like the Vietnamese Nacho Salad, Chicken Katsu Curry, and the Joy Luck Burger, a chicken burger inspired by Chinese duck pancakes.
