Cambridge Distillery has launched a new range of seasonal cocktails celebrating the Lunar New Year and Valentine’s Day.
As an homage to this year’s Lunar New Year celebrations, Cambridge Distillery created the Kam-Bridge Spritz.
Ingredients:
25ml Cambridge Dry Gin
20ml Hibiscus
15ml Mandarin juice
10ml Campari
20ml Oolong tea
Champagne – top up
Mandarin or citrus zest
Method:

Pour all the ingredients except the champagne into a shaker. Add ice, then shake for five seconds. Strain into a frozen glass, top up with champagne and delicately stir the ingredients – then garnish with mandarin zest.
Valentine’s Cocktail
To celebrate Valentine’s Day Cambridge Distillery put a twist on the traditional Martinez with several intriguing layers of rich, complex flavours – all of which perfectly compliment Cambridge Dry Gin…
Ingredients:
30ml Cambridge Dry Gin
20ml Sweet Vermouth
10ml Cold Brew Coffee
5ml Cherry syrup (Monin)
2 dashes of Angostura bitters
Tiny pinch of salt
Method:

Add the ingredients into a mixing beaker, stir, and strain in to a chilled coupette. Garnish with rose buds, Turkish Delight and a zest of orange.
