To celebrate the Christmas season, this year Cambridge Distillery has launched a range of classic cocktail recipes, featuring a festive twist. Try them for yourselves.

Sage & Cassis Negroni

An elegant twist on a classic Negroni with enhanced notes of blackcurrant from the Crème de Cassis. Simple to make & deliciously full- flavoured with a balance of bitterness & sweetness.

Ingredients (makes 1 cocktail)
25ml Cambridge Dry Gin
20ml Sweet vermouth
5ml Crème de Cassis
Ice
Fresh sage leaf, to garnish

Method
Add ingredients into a mixing glass or cocktail shaker. Add ice & stir for about 15 seconds. Strain over ice into a chilled rocks glass & garnish with a fresh sage leaf.
