Oh, it feels good to get out of London sometimes…
And it feels even better when you end up in the beautiful Brocket Hall Estate in Herts at the newly re-launched Auberge du Lac restaurant.

Which is exactly what happened to us when we joined their soft-launch evening. The re-launch is all about the brand-new team, including Head Chef, Matt Edmonds – and this team have it nailed. The food is out-of-this-world and the scenery truly breath-taking.

We’re really excited to be handling the consumer and trade PR for this re-launch, and, as expected, the feedback from media so far has been fantastic. So, if you’re looking for a reason to escape for the evening, less than half an hour on a train from London and you too could be checking out the all-new Auberge du Lac in the beautiful Brocket Hall Estate.
