We’re delighted to have collaborated on a couple of events recently with the team at AMEX & their Platinum Cardholders. First off, etch. in Brighton opened for their first Sunday Lunch with an exclusive lunch menu matched with Nyetimber English sparkling wine. Executive Chef Steve Edwards hosted the lunch alongside Nyetimber’s Matthew Gay, showing off why etch has become such a popular addition to the Brighton restaurant scene.
Then, last week it was off to ZOILO to celebrate Argentine Independence Day (9th July), with a menu that took the guests across Argentina, showing off the diverse mix of cultures that influence Argentine cuisine, with wonderful wines to match.
